We are on track to more than triple in size over the next five years while maintaining a market-share RevPAR index premium for all of our properties in line with hotel ownership objectives. We are developing a robust and quality deal pipeline in the full service, select service, and lifestyle resort segments. Global Asset Solution is positioned to take an aggressive approach to fee structures, including structures with financial participation that might be considered more advantageous to partners in hotel acquisitions.
